Should you fail to receive any of our products in good condition, please let us know and we will be glad to replace it/them. Also, if dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, we will be glad to refund your entire purchase price. If it/they don't meet your expectations, please return within 30 days for a full refund.

We will make every effort in packaging and shipping our product/s within 2-3 workdays. If we are unable to meet this timeframe for any reason, we will notify you, or let you know it is back ordered and will be delivered in a reasonable amount of time.  Most of our products will be mailed through USPS.
